Our results and outcomes
speak for themselves.

Most rehabilitation websites tell you they get people back to work. This page exists to show it — and until each figure survives verification against source clinical records, we print a dash instead of a number.

How we measure

Every work-program patient completes a standardized functional battery at entrance and the same battery at discharge — lifting at multiple heights, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positional tolerances. "Progress" in our reporting means the difference between those two measurements, not an impression.

A discharge recommendation is stated against the patient's own job: its lifting requirements, its postures, its schedule. We report whether the demands are met — and when they aren't, what specifically remains.

FCEs follow a standardized protocol with consistency-of-effort measures, so the same evaluation in Baltimore means the same thing in Manassas.

What we can already show you

Clinical outcome rates are still in verification. These operational numbers are not — each is derived from our own records with its denominator and window attached, which is the standard every figure on this site has to meet:

  • 21.9% of FCEs are followed by a work program — 227 of 1,036 evaluations, FCEs Jan 2025 – May 2026, 90-day follow-up. Verified two independent ways (scheduling records and billing records produced the identical count).
  • A typical program is 37 days and 20 attended visits, about 3 per week — median of 1,070 completed programs, 24 months ending 2026-07-17. Stable year over year since 2020.
  • 4.9 / 5 average care rating, 96% would recommend us — 609 patient surveys, Mar 2023 – Aug 2026.

And one we deliberately do not publish: the share of FCEs that recommend a program. Our evaluation template doesn't capture that in a form we can count, so we won't estimate it. When we fix the template, we'll publish it.

Who we counted

We don't screen referrals by how well we think they'll go. Some providers accept a case only when return to work is the likely outcome — which makes for a flattering percentage and a much less useful one. We take the referral. That means our published rates will include the cases that stalled, the ones that ended in settlement, and the ones where the honest answer was "not this job."

So when our numbers arrive, expect them to be lower than a figure produced by a program that only admits likely winners — and expect them to describe your actual claimants. Every rate we publish will state its denominator, its date window, and what counted as success.

Why the dashes?

Because a number you can't defend is worse than no number. Ours are being re-derived from source records and reviewed by clinical leadership before they appear here. When they do, each will carry its definition and date window.

Questions about the process? Ask the pros. Industrial rehab leaders who know workers’ compensation and case management — call (888) 827-6361 or start a referral and we'll recommend the right next step.

Ask us — we would rather walk a referrer through our measurement methods than hide them.
