Work comp patients pay nothing out of pocket.
No copay, no deductible, no bill — on an accepted workers’ comp claim, or when your employer or a state program arranged your care. That covers almost everyone we treat.
You were referred to us. Here's what happens next.
Our job is to get you safely back to your job — and to make the process as clear as the goal.
Your first visit
Plan on a thorough evaluation: your history, your injury, and — because it's what we do — the physical demands of your job. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Your therapist will explain the plan and the goals before you leave.
What to bring
- Photo ID and your insurance or claim information
- Your referral or prescription, if it was given to you
- A list of current medications
- Workers' comp cases: your claim number and adjuster's name if you have them
What it costs
If you are here for a work injury on an accepted claim, or through an employer or state program, you pay nothing — no copay, no deductible, no bill. That covers almost everyone we treat. If you are using your own health insurance or paying yourself, here is what to expect, and here is how your health insurance works with us — copays, deductibles, which plans we take, and who to call about a bill.
