What this website collects, what it doesn't, and how your health information is protected.
Scope
This policy covers the rehabatwork.com website only. It does not cover your medical records or your care as a patient — those are protected health information governed by HIPAA and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided at every clinic and available on request.
This website does not collect health information
You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. The site has no account system and no health questionnaires. Patient referrals are submitted through our separate referral portal (referral.rehabatwork.com), which is a secured system — not part of these public pages.
What we do collect
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how visitors find the site. This involves cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and referring site. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor data for advertising.
- What you choose to send. If you call, fax or email us, or submit a story through the "Share your story" page, we receive what you send and use it only for the purpose you sent it.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Maps powers the clinic maps on our location pages; Google may set cookies when a map loads.
- Google Analytics, as described above.
Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or data brokers' scripts on this site.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
