Injured workers,
back to work.
Documented.
Therapist-managed industrial rehabilitation, built around the people who send the work: adjusters, nurse case managers, attorneys, physicians and employers.
It's Our REHAB That WORKS.
Patients said we could share these.
Every quote below is from a satisfaction survey where the patient explicitly gave permission to publish their feedback.
She encouraged me whenever I felt discouraged and provided me emotional support. She has a calming demeanor that helped me decrease my anxiety and trust myself and my body again. I'll be forever thankful for the tools she gave me which I'll use forever. True holistic care!
Her passion towards her work, and sincere care towards her patients made my experience really smooth, beneficial, and productive. If you meet her halfway, she truly will be an advocate for you, and prepare the best course of action for your road to recovery and ultimately your journey to return to work.
I'm very impressed with my results. I was apprehensive when I started because I came feeling my previous therapy was a waste of time.
Built for the people who send the work
A work-injury case has more stakeholders than a knee has ligaments. Every one of them needs something different from us — and gets it.
Adjusters & Case Managers
Fast scheduling at the clinic nearest the worker. Objective FCEs. Progress reports that answer the question you're actually asking: can this person do the job, and if not yet, when?
Attorneys
Standardized, defensible evaluations — with consistency measures built into the protocol. Peer review and expert witness services for plaintiff and defense alike.
Physicians & Employers
One referral covers the whole arc — therapy through work conditioning and work hardening — with job-specific simulation and a discharge recommendation tied to the actual demands of the actual job.
Three service lines. One goal: return to work.
Work Injury Programs
Structured, job-specific programs that take an injured worker from medically stable to demonstrably ready for duty — with entrance and discharge testing that documents the difference.
Evaluations & Reports
Objective, standardized evaluations that answer the question a claim actually turns on: what can this person safely do? Defensible on paper and under cross-examination.
Clinical Therapy
Orthopedic outpatient PT and OT at every clinic — the front end of a system built to return people to work, not just to discharge them from therapy.
It's Our REHAB That WORKS.
Industrial rehab leaders who know workers’ compensation and case management — and run the clinics accordingly.
Therapist-managed
Clinical decisions are made by clinicians who still treat. Programs, staffing and schedules answer to outcomes — not a corporate playbook.
One-on-one therapy
Your patient works with a therapist, one on one — not handed down a line of techs and left on a machine.
FCEs built in-house
Our functional capacity evaluation wasn't licensed off a shelf. We built it ourselves and have refined it over 30 years of daily clinical use.
Fluent in workers' comp
Return to work when that's the goal. Objective, defensible documentation when settlement or closure is. We serve both — without confusing them. Every workers' comp payer accepted.
FCE reports in 72 hours
Scheduling in workers' comp depends on authorization and a dozen things nobody controls. The report is ours to control — and it's sent within 72 hours of the evaluation.
Results that speak
Entrance-to-discharge measurement on every program patient. Our results and outcomes speak for themselves.
Questions about the process?
Ask the pros. We'll tell you what the right service is — even when it's a smaller one than you expected.
Our results and outcomes speak for themselves.
Every program patient is tested at entrance and at discharge on the same functional measures. Every FCE follows a standardized protocol with built-in consistency checks. And a discharge recommendation isn't "improved" — it's a statement about a specific person and a specific job. We don't screen referrals by predicted outcome, so the rates we publish will include the cases that didn't go well. Who we counted →
These figures are being verified against source clinical records and will publish only after clinical sign-off. We'd rather show you a dash than a number we can't stand behind. How we measure →
Gyms built for jobs, not just joints.
Full-size exercise floors, functional work-simulation areas, and the equipment to reproduce what a job actually demands.
