Evaluations & Reports

A claim turns on one question: what can this person safely do? Our evaluation products answer it objectively, on a standardized protocol, in reports written to hold up — in a claims file or a courtroom.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

A comprehensive, standardized battery measuring safe maximum capability across lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, positional tolerance and endurance — with consistency-of-effort measures built into the protocol. The report states capabilities in the same terms jobs are defined in, so the match (or mismatch) to a specific job is explicit, not implied.

Built in-house. Refined for over 30 years. Our FCE isn't an off-the-shelf product we licensed — we developed the protocol ourselves and have sharpened it through three decades of daily clinical use and cross-examination. Every evaluator is trained on it, so an FCE means the same thing at every clinic. The full FCE story →

FCE with Impairment Rating

The FCE combined with an impairment rating, delivered as a single product for cases moving toward settlement or adjudication.

Post-Offer Employment Testing

Job-specific functional testing for candidates after a conditional offer — matched to a validated job description, applied consistently, designed to be defensible.

Independent Therapy Evaluation

An objective second look at a course of therapy: appropriateness, progress, and whether continued treatment is likely to change the outcome.

Social Security Disability Evaluations

Functional evaluations supporting disability determinations.

Peer Review & Expert Witness Services

Record review, deposition and testimony from clinicians who perform these evaluations daily — available to plaintiff and defense.

Scheduling note for adjusters and attorneys: evaluations are scheduled at any of our 10 clinics — refer to the one nearest the claimant and the report follows the case, not the building.

Questions about the process? Ask the pros. Industrial rehab leaders who know workers’ compensation and case management — call (888) 827-6361 or start a referral and we'll recommend the right next step.
